1. Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the djb33 platform and all of its services. djb33 ("we", "our", "the platform") is an online casino and betting service provider operated primarily for users in Bangladesh.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at djb33 have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within a specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonuses are provided for genuine play only. Abuse or fraudulent use of a bonus may result in account closure.

• Opening an account under a false identity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using coordinated betting strategies against the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 djb33's Authority

djb33 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Compliance with a court order or government directive.
• Where necessary to resolve a technical or security issue.

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing our support team. If there is any outstanding balance before the account is closed and all wagering requirements have been met, it may be withdrawn.
